Blueberry Kolsch

I hope everyone had a great celebratory day of love for Valentines day! I enjoyed drinking red wine, eating Italian food, and seeing the new Fifty Shades movie with my roommates. While working at Loma prior to V-day we came out with a new blend of kolsch beer with blueberry puree. The color was a lovely pink and the taste was a slightly sweet flavor. I think adding fruits and different materials to original beer blends make things interesting and something you aren’t expecting. Loma sticks to straight forward beer but likes to spice up things when there’s a holiday. We plan on creating something green for St. Patty’s next month.

Loma has also created their all day menu, both lunch and dinner are now the same. With only being open since August 2016 the owners and chefs have been tweaking the menu to see what works and what doesn’t. The burger is dynamite and the flat breads are a must get! I highly recommend coming in to Loma and trying out everything we have to offer.
